Our Products And Services
We print a variety of products from magazines, catalogs and books, to newsletters,
brochures, directories and much more. We do all the standard sized products as well
as oversize products (tabloids and posters), smaller-sized ones (slim jims) and
even oddball sized print products.
With our depth of experience and diversity of equipment, we can handle projects
of all sizes from as few as one hundred copies for some product types, to as many
as one million copies for
others. Our plants have duplicate presses
and finishing equipment so we have plenty of
capacity to get your project completed on time, within budget and with no last minute surprises.
Producing great products is only part of the equation. We are also set up
to quickly and precisely package
and deliver your products. Our in-house mail and distribution facilities
combined with our large trucking network enable us to deliver your products faster
and more safely than our competition.
Our Technology
Our high-capacity plants are equipped with the latest printing technology manufactured
by leaders in the print equipment industry such as Heidelberg, MAN Roland
and Harris. We have hot (heat set), cold (UV) and mini web offset presses
as well as sheet fed presses. Our production lines include ultra-modern binding,
cutting, gluing, folding and wrapping equipment.
Kalyn Press is set up to handle anything from single color projects to multi-color
projects up to nine colors with a variety of binding options including: saddle-stitch,
perfect-binding, GBC plastic or Wire-O binding.
We've been at the forefront of digital workflow, supporting computer to plate printing
for
over 14 years. We maintained our high-tech edge by continually updating
our plants with the best digital equipment available.
